30 Minute Dumbbell Workout

Target and Tone Specific Muscles

 

Dumbbells are a great way of toning up your muscles independently and we’ve found the perfect 30 minute routine for you to try 3 times a week. Firstly, start with 5 minutes of light cardio to warm up your body.  Now, grab your set of dumbbells (Start off with a lower weight then work your way up) and start with 10 reps per exercise.

Circuit One

  • Squat (10 reps)
  • Side Lunge and Curl (10 reps)
  • Reverse Lunge and Press (10 reps)

Circuit Two

  • Press (10 reps)
  • Rotational Press (10 reps)
  • Chest Fly (10 reps)

Circuit Three

  • Step up (10 reps)
  • Box lunge (10 reps)
  • Front squat (10 reps)

Why not challenge yourself and build up to 15 reps and/or use heavier sets of dumbbells?
