Sporting Background

I have always been into sports, having grown up with 4 brothers, playing football when I was young and participating in athletics, netball & gymnastics at school. Since my College days I re-trained as a Group Exercise Instructor and Yoga teacher and taken up running once again! I do a lot of long distance running and completed my first marathon in Brighton in 2015 and was 14th lady through at 3hours 14minutes.

Favourite Exercise

Hard to choose! Running, Yoga and HIIT – I love the results you get, the endorphins that are released and the sweat you get on!

Training For:

Running with the Elites at Brighton Marathon on 9th April 2017!!!! Will be participating in more runs later in the year and potentially Dublin Marathon! Also in the process of completing my Personal Training! 🙂

Biggest Inspiration

The people who I meet every single day who push their boundaries and test their fitness limits! Also Jessica Ennis and Kerri Verna.
