Myself!! Health and well-being is so important!! I’m also hoping to compete in the near future!!

To continue my fitness journey whilst inspiring others along my way and building lean muscle in prep for my first ever competition!!

My other half, without him I would never have gotten so into fitness and he always pushes and encourages me to do that little bit extra and I can’t thank him enough!!

I’ve been training on and off for a few years now but never anything to serious until recently when decided to knuckle down, so I began my fitness journey and I haven’t looked back since! I absolutely love weight training and along my journey so far have managed to inspire others which I love and prove to other girls that lifting weights will not make you bulky, if anything it gives you such a stronger shapely physique! I’m here to prove that anyone is capable of what they want to achieve, with a bit of hard-work and determination nothing is impossible!!
