- Calories – 210kcal
- Protein – 25g
- Total Carbs – 22g
- Sugars – 12g (Naturally occurring)
- Total Fat – 3g
- Saturates – 0g
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, raspberries)
- 1 cup of almond milk
Method:
- Combine ingredients in a blender and blend together until smooth.
- Top smoothie with chosen berries.
