I’ve become a huge lover of oats over the last year. Not only are they delicious, they are a healthy option for anytime of the day and they keep you fuller for longer. There’s so many different ways to top your porridge, I have found that mixing @goddessnutrition protein or meal replacements with them gives you a completely different flavour.
- 40g Oats
- 300ml Almond Milk
- 1 Scoop (30 g) Goddess Nutrition™ Complete Slimming Meal Replacement Raspberry Cheesecake Flavour
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
- Microwave for 2 minutes
- I topped these with strawberries, meringue, passionfruit and little white chocolate hearts.
