Superfood Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 200ml almond milk
  • 100g pineapple (fresh or frozen)
  • 100g mango (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 banana (peeled)
  • 50g fresh spinach
  • 1 scoop (30g) of Vanilla Milkshake Complete Recovery Lean Protein powder
  • (A small handful of ice cubes, if you aren’t using any frozen fruit)

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth
  2. Serve immediately
